There will be a minimum charge of $5/per load for residents. No plastic food/beverage containers larger than a one gallon milk jug will be accepted. Plastic food and beverage containers ONLY. Mixed Paper/Cardboard Paper bags, catalogs, junk mail, magazines, phone books, paper egg cartons, newspapers, paperboard, office paper, computer paper, envelopes, carbonless paper, paperback books (hardcover books accepted but covers must be torn off & put in regular trash). Please see our TALKING TRASH brochure for more information about the City's trash and recycling programs. No bulky items or trash will be accepted at the Recycling Center. Checks and Credit Cards Only (2.99% fee associated with use of credit card, with a minimum of $2.50).Construction/Demolition debris scale closes 15 minutes before the recycling center closes.The Recycling Center, located at 265 Mast Road, hours of operation are listed below:
